RETURN POLICY

Orders placed through NOWI Sensors have a 30-day return policy, which begins the day you receive the product. If you are unsatisfied with your NOWI Sensors order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

If you purchased a NOWI Sensors product through an authorized NOWI Sensors distributor, please contact the distributor to apply for their return policy.

Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition, with all accessories included, and an authorization number* to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees (including shipping, handling, and customs) are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. We recommend selecting a trusted carrier with reliable tracking. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
